Senior Accountant On‑Site/hybrid | Montebello, CA $90,000 – $105,000 per year Join a team that feels like family. We’re looking for a detail‑obsessed Senior Accountant to take ownership of facility financials—delivering accurate monthly statements and insights that help our communities thrive. What you’ll do:

• Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial statements for assigned facilities
• Own the full close cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting

schedules

• Analyze financial trends, propose adjustments, and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure invoice, payment, and accrual

accuracy * Support audit, review, and tax engagements with clear documentation What you bring:

• Must have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Must have: 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant (or 4–6 years as a

G/L Accountant)

• Must have: Managed care accounting experience
• Must have: Advanced Excel skills and comfort in a Windows environment (Word,

Outlook) * Must have: Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to manage your own workload independently

• Nice to have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nice to have: Great Plains ERP knowledge
