Our multidisciplinary team delivers community‑based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will use a hands‑on, family‑focused approach to services that strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths & needs, and supports parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth & development. Responsibilities Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of children in the areas of interpersonal communication, speech production, receptive and expressive language, cognitive bases of language acquisition, and augmentative communication modes. Plan and implement therapeutic programs for children with communication disorders. Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program. Develop and ensure follow‑up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home. Provide assessment/reports, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or related field. Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (SLP) preferred. Experience working with infant and early childhood population. Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License. Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase (Portuguese, Haitian Creole). Compensation Master’s – $60,000.00 annually License – $65,000.00 annually Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm Annual Salary
