An advanced practice therapist who demonstrates clinical expertise in the rehab area of their discipline. Therapy treatments in accordance with Standards of Practice, applicable state licensure regulations, and departmental and hospital policies, to a variety of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age.

Delegates care and directs Therapists, Therapy Assistants, Therapy Aides, and Therapy Students
Contributes to changes in therapy theory and practice
Master's Degree related field of study required or Doctorate related field of study preferred
Occupational Therapist [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred, Physical Therapist [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred, Speech-language Pathologist [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology [CCC-A] - American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred, Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology [CCC-SLP] - American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred
Experience: OT/PT/SLP Healthcare experience 5-7 years required
Advanced knowledge of broad range of diagnoses/impairments in content area for individuals requiring therapy intervention. Ability to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately.
