We’re working with a leading 24/7 veterinary specialty and emergency hospital in Norwalk, CT that is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Specialist to step into a Specialty Medical Director role. This opportunity combines clinical leadership with continued specialty practice in a collaborative, multi-specialty referral environment supported by advanced technology and an experienced emergency and specialty team.

Leadership Opportunity

This position is ideal for a motivated veterinary specialist seeking to transition into hospital leadership while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

The Specialty Medical Director will:

  • Help shape the medical direction and clinical standards of the hospital
  • Mentor and collaborate with veterinary teams across services
