Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.As part of this role, you will:Lead high-impact, cross-functional, customer facing projects that touch Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk teamsDefine the technical architecture and experience of the Treasury productCollaborate with product, design, and operations to ship thoughtful features for our customers and internal usersOwn and actively take responsibility for the product – we want someone excited to help shape and build Mercury’s futureJoin a team of experienced and junior product engineers managing billions of dollars of customer assetsThe ideal candidate for the role:Has 5+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience building and operating backend systems to customer facing experiencesCommunicates and collaborates effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts by being helpful and engagedHas a successful track record acting as the technical lead of complex projects with multiple stakeholdersIs a product-minded engineer who thinks about the developers consuming your APIs as well as always exceeding our customers expectations, not just shipping the featureHas domain knowledge of being a registered investment advisor and broker-dealer supporting both individual securities (equities, fixed income) as well as mutual fundsExcited to mentor both junior and senior engineersIf this role interests you, we invite you to explore our public demo at demo.mercury.com.
