Environment, Health and Safety Manager

EHS Manager – Carrollton, TX * Contract to Hire* Join a global leader in manufacturing and take ownership of Environmental, Health & Safety at a key production site. This role is a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading EHS strategy across the facility. What You’ll Do Lead and develop the site EHS team Drive a proactive, high-performance safety culture across all operations Ensure full compliance with OSHA, environmental, and corporate standards Partner with leadership to maintain ISO 14001 and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training programs Act as the primary EHS leader for internal teams and external agencies What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in EHS or related field 10+ years in manufacturing (food or similar), including 6+ years in leadership Proven success building and influencing safety culture Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental compliance, and machine safety Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
