This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Infrastructure Observability and Monitoring Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.Responsibilities:Leads and manages team of technical personnel to operate and maintain monitoring tools and services to inform team and customer stakeholdersDesigns and configures infrastructure monitoring tools and services to promote real-time access to system alerts, cyber status, events, and other data collection that informs Operations teams and Government stakeholdersMonitors and manages user and group access to tools, dashboards, reports, and dataCollaborates with other engineers and Operations teams on requirements, APIs, and other data collection techniques and correlations on integrated infrastructure usage, alert thresholds, and potential aggregation for automated ticket creationDesigns tests using simulations, physical components, and synthetic data transactions to enable Lab-based and in-production validation of system health, availability, and performanceDevelops clear and complete documentation for monitoring solutions, analytic platforms, and related activitiesProvides Tier 3 engineering support for all monitoring and management solutions to meet SLA requirementsQualifications:Required:Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to startDOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)An AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experienceMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing infrastructure monitoring and management solutionDemonstrated performance leading teamsPractical experience with Splunk, SolarWinds, NETSCOUT, NNMi, HPNA, Cisco Catalyst, ScienceLogic or other infrastructure monitoring and management platformsExcellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skillsWillingness to learn new skills and new technologies.Desired:Experience leading teams involved in distributed executionDegree in Science, Technology, or EngineeringFamiliarity with IC ITE services and classified environmentsPractical experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM systemsPractical experience with Tableau, and other reporting or dashboard enginesITIL 4 Foundation Certification-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
