Restaurant Manager

Queen's English ia seeking a hands-on Manager to lead front-of-house operations, deliver exceptional hospitality, and uphold our service and company standards. This role requires someone who can confidently run the floor, conduct lineup, manage reservations and floor plans, handle guest and staff concerns, and step into any FOH position including hosting, serving, support when needed. The Manager must be deeply knowledgeable about the food, beverage, wine, and allergy programs; oversee large-party and buyout communications, deposits, and execution; and ensure smooth, professional service from open to close.

The Restaurant Manager will also own essential operational and administrative systems, including scheduling, time clock and tip approvals, nightly cash logs and lockup, inventory counts, invoice filing, beverage and supply ordering, payroll and menu updates.

They will hire, train, coach, and review staff; lead wine education tastings for the staff. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven hospitality leader with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring both accountability and positive energy to a busy restaurant team.
