Northwest Respiratory Services LLC is seeking a Recruiter to lead the full candidate lifecycle from role posting through onboarding, with a focus on compliance and candidate experience. Responsibilities Develop and publish job postings for all open roles Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screens Own the offer stage, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms Manage onboarding and coordinate the new hire process Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices Facilitate end-to-end interviewing, selection, and closing processes Ensure screening, hiring, and selection activities follow employment laws and regulations Conduct reference checks as needed Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred), with a minimum of 2 years Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to build effective, cooperative working relationships based on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfort working independently and making decisions Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Technology Applicant tracking HRIS systems Microsoft Office Products Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HSA & FSA options 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Long-term and Short-term Disability insurance Company-paid Life insurance Voluntary Life, Accident, and other supplemental insurance Pet insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Learning and development opportunities Location: Eagan, MN (onsite) | Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr NORTHWEST RESPIRATORY SERVICES LLC
