Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
• Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently process orders
• Prepare food items according to company standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Provide helpful information about our products and promotions
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, empathetic manner
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong verbal communication abilities for clear interactions with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and cleanliness standards
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
