Duties Help You will: * Serve as an advisor on resource (financial and human) and operation issues to the ROD Director and Deputy Director. * Represent the Agency in briefings with the Office of Management and Budget to justify OFA's portion of the EPA budget, to include the resources requested for the Regions, as well as cross-cutting projects OFA is working on with other EPA offices. * Implement the Lean Management System for ROD and in coordination with other ORI divisions. * Coordinate with internal ROD branches and sections, and other ORI divisions to obtain input pertaining to a wide range of policy, resource, and operations issues related to OFA. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
