We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence in the DallasFort Worth market. This is a true hunting role focused on winning new business, expanding key accounts, and becoming the go-to resource for overhead crane and lifting solutions.

This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role. You'll be expected to prospect, pursue, and close.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for new business across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and industrial sectors
• Get in front of decision-makers (Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Ops Leaders)
• Walk job sites and identify real opportunities (repairs, upgrades, new systems)
• Sell crane systems, hoists, inspections, parts, and service contracts
• Build and manage a strong pipelineno relying on house accounts
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
• Partner with service and engineering teams to deliver solutions that stick
• Stay on top of your numberspipeline, forecasts, and close rates

What It Takes

• 37+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial, construction, technical sales)
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
• Ability to speak the language of the job site (you're comfortable in steel toes)
• Strong follow-up and persistencedeals don't close themselves
• Mechanical/technical curiosity (you don't need to design it, but you need to understand it)

Compensation

• Base: $70K$80K (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission (OTE $120K$180K+)
• Car allowance/mileage
• Full benefits + 401(k)
