Effectively maintain equipment, control and manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and maintain yard flow and efficiency. Communicate with the Dispatch, Operations and Sales teams to meet all customer needs.This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage the fleet inventory; keeping an accurate count of the equipment on hand and communicating to operations and salesAchieve all Organizational Excellence goalsEnsure that equipment is functional, clean, maintained and rent-ready following quality assurance programEnsure that the yard is maintained and organized.Schedule and complete any/all repairsConduct safety meetings with Asset Maintenance Team and maintain compliance with state and federal regulationsProvide coaching and counseling to Asset Maintenance TeamMaintain the inventory of shop and yard supplies; negotiate contracts or pricing where appropriateMaintain an accurate record of damages, including pictures and communicate to operations and sales staff for billingTrack daily production and inventory counts, and communicate to dispatch, operations and salesRequirements:Leadership/management experienceAbility to work paid on call rotating weekendsMust possess valid class A CDL Driver's LicenseForeman experience preferredRequired to lift 50-75 pounds or moreSome CDL A travel to customer locationsWelding experienceRequired to walk the yard, up to 50 yards or more at a timeAbility to work both indoors & outdoors year roundAlternate sitting, standing, walking, bending and stoopingAbility to bend and lift and/or lift overheadAbility to operate a forklift and company vehicleWork well in a team environmentThis is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Job Qualifications:0-2 years of experience with general labor and general repairsHigh School Diploma or GEDWelding experience preferredCurrent Driver's LicenseAt Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you can build a rewarding career and provide exceptional service in the process.
