Glenmont Group's client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its fast-paced Marketing and Business Development department. This is a high-impact role supporting the Intellectual Property and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys to drive strategic growth, enhance the firm's market presence, and deepen key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with attorneys to develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans that support individual and group goals.
• Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client growth and retention.
• Manage public relations, rankings, awards submissions, and thought leadership campaigns to raise the profile of the practices.
• Lead the execution of high-value events, client proposals, and feedback initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders.
