Home Care Office Support

$19.09 - $20.59 per hour

Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Eaglecrest is looking for a Full‑time Home Care Office Support person. The responsibility is providing office management and clerical support to the Home Care function, and coordinating staffing as needed. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00 am–4:30 pm Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Clinical Administrator. Responsibilities Manage general Home Care office operations. Manage central office phone calls and communication. Provide clerical support for the Home Care function. Coordinate and complete home care billing for services provided to residents according to established procedures. Submit statistical data to supervisor according to established timelines. Maintain inventory, billing and distribution of supplies and equipment according to established procedures. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll information for the clinical function as assigned. Maintain resident medical records, including coordination of forms, computer data entry, and generation of reports and data as assigned. Coordinate the scheduling of resident services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of secretarial/office management experience; demonstrated computer literacy including word processing. Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. Benefits Full‑time benefits (eligible with minimum of 30 hours per week): Health and dental, including applicable HSA & FSA.
