Federal Proposal Manager-Office Based

The selected Proposal Manager will be supporting heavy civil and heavy industrial construction pursuits for contract administrators including USACE. Prior experience with federal proposals in the AEC industry is required for serious consideration. This position works from the office M-F alongside the capture team. E: View email address on click.appcast.io Key Responsibilities Collaborating across departments to support division leads, capture professionals and operations management Developing strategic and competitive responses to RFPs and SOQs Presenting capture solutions effectively in a narrative and visual format Tracking proposal efforts through award stage Developing and distributing proposal outlines and compliance matrices Participating in weekly status update meetings Performing desktop publishing and editing of proposals Ordering necessary materials to support proposal efforts and produce hard copies Working with and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites Checking RFP quality for compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of relevant proposal experience Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing or related discipline Knowledge of FAR and other DoD requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective task prioritization and deadline management skills Strong research skills Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) APMP certification is a PLUS Compensation Package Salary $110k-160k (based on experience) Relocation Package (if not local) Discretionary Performance Bonuses Health/Dental/Vision 401k with 4% match Flexible PTO policy Company Equipment and Stipends We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
