Role Scope Run payroll across US entities and states: salaried, hourly, and everything a 24/7 multi-site workforce generates. Own the payroll close: reconciliations, accruals, and the tie-out to the general ledger every cycle. Handle registrations, filings, and notices across new states as sites come online. Automate the inputs: time data, benefits, and equity events flowing in clean. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. You've stood up payroll in new states, from registration through first filing. Your reconciliations tie every cycle, and off-cycles don't rattle you. You resolve agency notices to closed, not to filed-away. You partner with People and Finance and keep confidences absolutely. Bonus: Rippling or equivalent. Hourly and shift workforces.
