This position will remain open for application based on business need, which may be before or after the 3-day posting window./ph3Responsibilities/h3pFinance:/pulliAssist in developing annual budgets for 3rd party projects and perform periodic variance analyses/liliProvide input and review of the pro-forma financial models for new/existing projects/liliDraft reports on project performance for internal and external pacing/liliAssist in cash flow forecasting and management/liliComplete other ad-hoc analyses as needed/li/ulpOperations:/pulliCollaborate with the operations and engineering teams to evaluate and improve operational performance./liliCoordinate with project OM staff on other operational items, including major component repair and replacement/liliParticipate in contract development with outside vendors, for various services/liliCoordinate with Commercial and Energy Marketing teams to find revenue improvement or risk mitigation opportunities/liliEnsure compliance with the regulatory requirements and project agreements/liliManage project contractual relationships to protect rights and drive performance/liliSupport development of commercial contracts and bids/li/ulpRegulatory And Compliance:/pulliEnsure compliance with the regulatory requirements and project agreements, including operating agreements, credit agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and power purchase agreements/li/ulh3Required Experience and Skills:/h3ulliBachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) and coursework in Finance or Accounting./lili1.5+ years of relevant work experience./liliDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel./liliStrong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills./liliEffective communication and collaboration skills./liliSome travel required./liliEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future/li/ulh3Base Pay/h3p$80,000.00 - $93,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 15%/ppThe base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
