Confidential Employer. Job Description Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys handling litigation matters. Prepare, format, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents. Assist with filing and maintaining court documents, deadlines, calendars, and case records. Coordinate hearings, depositions, meetings, and other litigation-related activities. Organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, discovery materials, and attorney work product. Assist attorneys with discovery preparation, document organization, and case-management activities.Track deadlines and proactively communicate upcoming dates and required actions. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and other legal professionals. Maintain accurate and confidential records while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Provide day-to-day support that keeps litigation matters organized and moving forward. Qualifications 5+ years of litigation legal support experience required. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, filings, deadlines, and case organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proofreading and document-formatting abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency with standard legal office technology and document-management systems.
