Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience required
• Physical Therapy License in Florida required
• Master's degree required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend Requirement: 2 Saturdays

Location Highlights

Brooksville offers access to outdoor recreation and Gulf Coast destinations. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is about 15 miles south and features spring-fed kayaking and live mermaid shows, while Withlacoochee State Forest spans more than 150,000 acres nearby for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Downtown Brooksville includes the Hernando Heritage Museum and a collection of historic homes, and Tampa is about 50 miles south for major airport access, pro sports, and urban dining.
