HVAC InstallerLePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for their Lee, MA location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.For over 30 years, LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Lee. LePrevost partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.ResponsibilitiesPerform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systemsEPA – Universal CertificationValid driver's license / Clean driving recordCompetenciesExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsWhat Can We Offer You?Opportunities for Advancement within a Growing OrganizationSafe Working ConditionsFamily EnvironmentCompetitive Base PayMedical, Dental, and VisionPaid Time Off and HolidaysEmployer-Provided Life InsuranceThe starting base hourly range for this position is $35-45 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
