Express Employment Professionals Akron is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a reputable company in Cuyahoga Falls. This is a fast-moving role -ideal for candidates ready to start quickly and grow within a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Review and approve employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
Manage and reconcile company credit card transactions
Execute weekly vendor payments and maintain payment schedules
Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP workflows and processes

Qualifications

2+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with ERP or accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc. a plus)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
