Inside Sales Engineer

Harrison Energy Partners is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between our outside sales team, customers, and equipment manufacturers. You'll provide technical sales support, prepare equipment quotations and submittals, coordinate project requirements, and help ensure successful project execution from opportunity through order fulfillment. What You'll Do Support the Outside Sales Team with equipment selection, pricing, and project coordination Review plans and specifications while meeting critical project deadlines Prepare accurate equipment orders and job submittals Assist customers by answering technical and product-related inquiries Provide coverage and support for outside sales customers when needed Develop and maintain relationships with house accounts Promote and sell HVAC equipment solutions to customers Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project success Participate in product training and professional development opportunities Contribute to a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Engineering degree preferred Equivalent industry experience considered Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, equipment sales, or related fields Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Intermediate computer proficiency Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Harrison Energy Partners?
