Were currently seeking a Agency Sales Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in driving success across the region.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader who's ready to build, grow, and manage an agency within the support and stability of a proven organization. As aa Agency Sales Leader, you'll have the freedom to make strategic decisions, recruit and develop a team, and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference both in the insurance industry and in the local community. A strong presence in Northern Illinois will be essential, as youll be representing District 23 throughout the area.

Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit new agents to expand the agency's network.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all agency practices comply with state and federal regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and review the performance of agents and the agency overall to drive improvements and growth.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Experience: Proven track record in the insurance industry, particularly in a managing general agent role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing a successful team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Motivation: High level of self-motivation and ambition to drive the agency's growth and success.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
