Mid-Level Credentialing Specialist

We're hiring a mid-level Credentialing Specialist to support a high-impact, enterprise-wide credentialing project tied to a major provider data reset. This role will focus on validating and analyzing provider/facility data, identifying credentialing gaps, and driving records through the full credentialing lifecycle to ensure compliance and accuracy. This environment is fast-paced with a defined timeline (JulyDecember) and clear deliverables, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful process improvements and large-scale operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portion of the credentialing workload (reviewing and processing files alongside the team)
• Oversee analyst team and prioritize workload
• QA files and handle escalations
• Coach and support team members
• Track progress and report status
• Identify gaps and improve processes
