BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic in Jacksonville. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and their families, while driving a culture of clinical excellence. The right candidate will bring at least 1 year of BCBA experience and strong leadership skills to guide our therapy team. Our newly designed clinic is sensory-friendly and thoughtfully built to inspire play, imagination, and meaningful learning. JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment decisions and adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and patient care. Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.
