Transportation Clerk

**Office Administrator / Logistics Support** **Pay: $18.00 per hour** Manpower is seeking a candidate to perform various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting for our client, a leading transportation services company specializing in truck leasing, logistics, and supply chain solutions.". **Responsibilities include:** + Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting + Maintenance of files + Customer service interaction + Resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking + Maintenance and distribution of route books + Daily interface with drivers + Assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight + Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable) + Audit of driver logs and trip reports + Log and driver file DOT requirements tracking **Requirements:** + Experience with office and administrative duties + Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll, billing, and reporting + Ability to maintain databases and files accurately + Experience with auditing logs, trip reports, and DOT-related reporting + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to interact daily with drivers and support scheduling needs + Attention to detail for tracking, reporting, and compliance tasks **Who is Manpower?** **Locally owned, but globally connected, Manpower is a full-service staffing and human resources company that provides thousands of jobs every year across West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.
