*** Full Time position M-TH 8-5, FR 8-1230 ***

The Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient functioning of the front desk. Key duties include greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The receptionist also manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, processes payments, verifies insurance information, and ensures patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills and Qualifications: 

1 Strong organizational skills
2 Excellent verbal, written, telephone and communication skills
3 Experience working with Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills.
4 Can manage individual responsibilities with little to no direction.

6 Ability to maintain confidential records
