Office Manager

From that point forward, we strive to deliver results that are expected by our clients. The Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA is looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the daily operations of the law office to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Management of all administrative staff include office schedules, performance, and productivity Supervising administrative staff and coordinating workflow to support attorneys and legal personnel. Organizing and maintaining electronic operation and client files, human resource files and information in compliance with confidentiality requirements. Maintaining a professional office environment. Supervising the incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and legal document deliveries for the office. Managing vendor relationships, and oversight of security and facility maintenance. Processing invoices, tracking office expenses, and assisting with billing and administrative reporting. Ensuring compliance with office policies, legal procedures, and record retention requirements. Coordinating office events, training, and onboarding for new employees. Supervision and Management of phone services, vendor relationships, operations teams to include day to day workflow of reception, hybrid office coordination, production center, office supplies, copiers, and other administrative positions. Assisting attorneys and staff with special projects and other administrative duties as needed. Position Requirements: 5 years of management experience; legal office management experience strongly preferred. Must be proficient with basic office technology, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
