Commercial Litigation Associate (4+ years) | Seattle, WA

A highly regarded AmLaw firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its growing practice in Seattle. This is an opportunity for a mid-level litigator to join a national litigation platform where associates have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of matters, gain stand-up experience, and work directly with clients earlier than is often possible in large firm litigation groups. The practice is structured to provide substantive responsibility rather than siloed support work, with attorneys playing an integral role on case teams. The Seattle team handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters and works closely with colleagues across offices, including a nationally recognized retail and e-commerce litigation practice. Attorneys have the opportunity to work on sophisticated consumer and commercial disputes while continuing to build a well-rounded litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have: 4–6 years of litigation experience in a sophisticated law firm setting Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Experience managing complex commercial litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and client interaction Washington bar admission, or the ability to waive in, is required The group is open to both Seattle-based candidates and attorneys interested in relocating to the market.
