What you'll do: Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms. Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps practices and system health monitoring to optimize performance. Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems for automation and decision support. Manage engineering capacity, backlog prioritization, and cloud cost optimization to enhance velocity and reduce operational overhead. Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and succession planning aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder expectations. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, risk mitigation, and effective technical decision-making.
