At Creative Builders, we know that great projects start with great people. We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our company. This is more than an HR role—it's an opportunity to influence culture, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and create an exceptional coworker experience across our organization. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you'll play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives while helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent.
As Director of Human Resources, you'll have the opportunity to:
Serve as a strategic partner to company leadership.
Influence organizational growth and workforce planning.
Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
Develop programs that support employee growth and career advancement.
Drive recruiting and talent acquisition strategies that shape the future of our workforce.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

To be a team player committed to your co-workers
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of Human Resources experience.
Previous senior-level HR leadership experience.
Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
