SDO_Clinical Project Manager

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Clinical Project Manager to oversee assigned clinical customer projects from initiation through completion. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while supervising team members and maintaining strategic customer relationships to support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project planning, milestones, and deliverables for assigned clinical studies
• Serve as primary customer contact for clinical packaging activities and project communications
• Coach, mentor, and supervise Clinical Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
• Lead project kick-off meetings and facilitate post-project lessons-learned sessions with clients
• Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, process invoicing, and identify scope creep or change orders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• 1–5 years relevant clinical project management or related experience
• College-level mathematical skills and intermediate computer proficiency
• Professional fluency in spoken, written, and technical English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills
• Willingness to travel 10–30% annually
• Supervisory or leadership capability

Compensation: $76,000–$95,000 base plus annual performance bonus
