What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Provider Sales to lead our efforts in acquiring and expanding relationships with healthcare providers—including health systems, physician groups, and post-acute care organizations—across the country. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and demonstrate the ability to build strong, long-lasting partnerships. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to provider organizations and their patients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to provider organizations Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, including knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and value-based care models Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience executing sales strategies that drive both new business and account expansion Experience with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects Job Requirements Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Execute a comprehensive sales strategy initially targeting skilled nursing facilities, and over time targeting a diverse range of healthcare providers Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the provider segment Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at provider organizations Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies Accurately document all sales activity in CRM Represent Olio at industry conferences and networking events Benefits and Compensation Significant opportunities for career advancement Flexible schedule and vacation policy Parental leave for birthing / non-birthing parents Convenient, modern office location - only onsite Health/dental/vision insurance STD/LTD/Life coverage 401k Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development and Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Olio
