Accounting Assistant

Marshall Air Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to support our accounting department with daily financial and clerical tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post simple journal vouchers Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly closings Post and maintain general ledgers Maintain organized invoice and financial files Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Assist with collections activities as needed Perform other accounting and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Marshall Air Systems, Inc.
