Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Title: Loan Servicing Representative Location: Irving, TX (hybrid) Type: Full time – M-F (8am-5pm) Contract: 12-month contract Job Summary Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Servicing and Operations Associate to support our Commercial Banking team with bilateral loan transactions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end servicing of commercial loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LoanIQ and a strong understanding of commercial lending operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end servicing of bilateral commercial loans, including payments, rate resets, clearing exceptions, reconciliation, and complex research requests. Maintain and update loan records in LoanIQ, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Process loan transactions such as drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee accruals. Reconcile loan balances and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external counterparties. Collaborate with credit, legal, and relationship management teams to ensure accurate documentation and servicing. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. Identity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using LoanIQ (mandatory) 1+ years of experience in commercial loan operations or servicing, preferably in a banking or financial services environment Strong understanding of bilateral loan structures and servicing requirements. Proficiency in LoanIQ, workflow tools, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Skills Familiarity with bilateral commercial loans. Experience with workflow tools or automation platforms. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to commercial lending (e.g. SOX, OCC guidelines). #J-18808-Ljbffr
