Plus, we have been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace five years in a row, including 2026!Clinic Address:93-173 Weaverville Blvd Suite 159 Weaverville, North Carolina 28787What You Will GetIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry feesYour Responsibilities as a Patient Access CoordinatorGreet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.Deliver a positive patient experience by assisting with questions and addressing concerns professionally.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance processes, and accurate documentation standards.Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and provide coverage support as needed.Qualifications & Pay RangeRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy clinic environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to collect payments and discuss financial responsibility confidently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using multiple software systems.Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.Ability to follow workflows, protocols, and compliance requirements.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.QualificationsAt minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.ScheduleFull Time, 40 hours/wkFlexible schedule. 7am-7pm variables. 8hrs a dayCompensationPay Range: $17.50-20/hr per hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)Company OverviewExpanding Access to Quality CareAt PT Solutions, we're more than colleagues; we're a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
