Senior Manager, Oracle EPM Administrator $135,000 - $145,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits A large, financially stable organization with multi-billion-dollar annual revenue is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle EPM Administrator to lead the strategy, governance, administration, and optimization of its Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environment. This role is a key contributor to a broader finance transformation initiative and will work closely with Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to enhance planning, reporting, consolidation, automation, and decision support capabilities. Administer and optimize Oracle EPM modules including: Planning FCCS

Narrative Reporting Manage security, metadata, environment migrations, and system administration. Oversee quarterly Oracle releases, upgrades, testing, and enhancements. Partner with Oracle support teams and external implementation partners. Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. Drive enhancements to management reporting and dashboard capabilities. Ensure accurate consolidation and close processes. Validate integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM. Finance Transformation & Automation Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Ensure data integrity, auditability, and governance across finance systems. Develop and execute a long-term EPM roadmap aligned with finance transformation objectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and planning functions. Cross-Functional Partnership Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and third-party partners. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead end-user training, adoption efforts, and best practice development. What We're Looking For Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of progressive financial systems experience. Strong understanding of: Planning Forecasting Consolidation Experience with business rules, security administration, metadata management, and environment migrations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Oracle EPM implementation or optimization experience. Experience with FDMEE, Data Management, APIs, and data integrations. Experience supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
