Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.A Day in the LifeAs the Assistant Vice President for Media & Consumer Market Insight (CMI) Sourcing, you will report to the VP of Media & Marketing Sourcing, leading a dedicated team to shape our partnerships across a ~$1.5Bn spend. You are a strategic partner, bridging the gap between global sourcing functions, our Chief Digital & Marketing Office, and Finance leaders to drive value and innovation.Develop Strategic Vision: You will design and execute the long-term sourcing strategies and implementation roadmaps for media and consumer market intelligence (CMI), aligning with key business priorities.Lead Commercial Excellence: You will spearhead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts with agencies and tech providers, working closely with Legal to ensure robust and favorable agreements.Drive Performance & Partnership: You will manage and evolve our supplier relationships, implementing formal performance monitoring to ensure our partners are innovating and delivering top-tier results.Lead & Inspire: You will provide direct management to a sourcing team, focusing on their development, building a culture of excellence, and ensuring your hub is a center of expertise.We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a leader with a strong service orientation and the ability to influence decisions in a highly matrixed environment.
