Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their financing and insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers. Secure financing through various lenders and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to financing. Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers. Maximize dealership profitability by effectively managing finance and insurance operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to vehicle financing and insurance. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and transparent buying experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and insurance products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using finance-related software and dealership management systems. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
