We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Asset Servicing Analyst - Hybrid based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to: Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events. Revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events. Support a range of products/services and projects according to established systems and procedures, under general supervision. Administer defined procedures, analyses and report preparation, and resolve problems requiring investigation or research. Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity. Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support project implementation. Interpret data and contribute to recommendations for process improvement or launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms. Minimize risk to the bank through knowledge of procedural requirements, monitoring errors, and suggesting solutions to reduce errors, adhering to audit and control policies. Identify policy gaps and suggest support for streamlining related work processes. Escalate all requests, inquiries, issues, errors in a timely manner. Develop a good understanding of products, processes, industry practices and standards. Apply specialized administrative/technical skills to monitor, analyze and evaluate processes and data; focus on task accuracy, quality and timeliness affecting own team and related teams. Understand how the team and area integrate with others to accomplish wider objectives. Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange complex/sensitive information. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrate consideration for reputation, safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets, ensure compliance, apply ethical judgment, and manage control issues with transparency. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years related experience. Basic executional capabilities and increasing responsibility. Knowledge of equity securities, fixed income and asset‑backed securities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access). Team player with proven success. Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
