Job Summary A direct hire Store Manager opportunity is available in North Hills, CA for an experienced restaurant leader ready to build a strong team and drive daily success in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. This Store Manager role is ideal for a bilingual Spanish professional with hands‑on experience leading high‑volume food service operations, developing team members, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate team members to maintain strong performance and positive morale. Manage inventory, labor, budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting to support store profitability. Monitor food safety standards, operational procedures, service expectations, and compliance requirements. Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a welcoming and productive restaurant environment. Support local marketing and sales‑building efforts to increase customer traffic and brand visibility. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Pay range: $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Annual salary range: $56,160 to $62,400 per year.
