Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead by example through motivation, support of the direction of the brand, and communicating the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional lifestyle experience for both internal and external guests. Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations; consistently role‑model key sales and service behaviors with every team member to create an optimal guest purchase experience. Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes to drive profitability. Create an environment of open dialogue and learning to coach and assist with career development strategies, building bench strengths for our Retail Team Members and promoting internal career growth through thoughtful hiring and clear performance expectations. Use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure. Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, or kneeling required – frequently. Climbing ladders – occasionally. Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of retail experience. 3+ years of management team supervision experience. Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts. Experience coaching and developing a team. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Natural collaborator with the ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities to take initiative in making merchandising and presentation adjustments. College degree in Business or a related field. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
