About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery Unit who will provide compassionate care while advancing their own skills and knowledge. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 / hour Location: Silver Spring, MD Schedule: Variable Part Time Night Shift What You'll Do Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency. Develop a plan of care according to patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspectives.
