Role Description To operate as a pure outbound hunter and the critical engine of our demand generation strategy. Your singular mandate is to break into enterprise accounts and originate highly qualified, Sales-Accepted Pipeline. What You'll Architect & Own You are the CEO of your pipeline generation. You will orchestrate relentless, multi-channel outbound campaigns (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Video) directly into the C‑Suite and VP‑level decision‑makers at target enterprise accounts. Master and deploy advanced AI sales strategies. You will leverage AI‑powered insights, intent signaling, and orchestration platforms connected to our proprietary internal AI agent platform and all integrated into our Hubspot Enterprise CRM to automate account research, personalize cold outreach at scale, and synthesize discovery intelligence. You are the guardian of the VP of Sales' calendar. Execute strict, hypothesis‑driven qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or BANT) on initial calls. Ensure immaculate CRM hygiene in HubSpot before transitioning pristine, vetted deals. Collaborate seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Leverage intelligence and intent data (6sense, ZoomInfo) alongside insights from top partners (like Shopify, Google Cloud, Klaviyo) to manufacture highly validated targeting for multi‑channel outbound campaigns. Act as the tip of the spear for all field marketing events. Design and execute hyper‑personalized, immediate follow‑up sequences to convert marketing intent into live executive briefings. Experience & Technical Skills Senior‑level experience in B2B enterprise sales development, specifically hunting six‑figure digital transformation, SaaS, or professional services engagements. A documented track record of exceeding pipeline generation quotas in a pure outbound capacity. Mastery of modern CRM and intent platforms (HubSpot, 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of commanding a room (or a Zoom) with executive presence. The Advisor Mindset You possess the strategic intellect to understand complex business problems and the commercial ruthlessness to relentlessly hunt and close pipeline gaps. You do not just read scripts; you are relentlessly curious. You practice the art of "Pulling Threads" during discovery to uncover the unknown unknowns of a prospect's business. You hold yourself entirely accountable for your outcomes, treating your pipeline as your personal P&L.
