Our membership base consists of ComEd/Exelon, Northwestern Medicine, and Northwestern University employees and students, as well as a 14-county community charter including Northern Cook County, Evanston, and Rockford.
We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager (a.k.a. Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager) for our Chicago-Streeterville Branch at Northwestern Medicine. In analyzing members' financial needs, a qualified candidate must lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff with their proven skills in leadership, sales, business development, and lending. A qualified candidate must be able to achieve the assigned sales goals for the branch and department. A qualified candidate should also have both sales and management experience. Bachelor's degree as well as solid computer, analytical, math, and communication skills are required. Credit union or banking experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation: Low-to-mid 50's plus monthly incentives. Please be advised that First Northern Credit Union conducts background and credit checks for all positions. First Northern has been Northwestern Medicine's credit union (employee benefit) since 1966. The Streeterville Branch is located on Northwestern Medicine's Chicago campus and consists of 5.0 FTE employees: Branch Manager, Senior Personal Banker, Personal Banker, Senior Teller, and Teller.
