Responsibilities Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials. Support and grow a capable, engaged team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs. Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep operations running efficiently. Promote a safety‑conscious work environment. Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities. May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities if needed. Qualifications 1‑3 years of management experience. 1 year of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid state‑issued license required. Experience leading teams in sales and operations. Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions. A collaborative, coaching‑focused leadership style. A track record of building team trust and consistency. Clear, calm problem‑solving—even when things move fast. Familiarity with process improvement and day‑to‑day execution.
