We’re looking for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

As a PCA/CNA with Cherished Home Services LLC, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and support they need to live comfortably and with dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in caregiving who is ready to bring their skills and compassion to a team that values quality care.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as: - Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Providing mobility support, including transferring and positioning. - Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary. - Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. - Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.

To be successful in this position, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of caregiving experience (PCA or CNA certification preferred). - A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively. - Physical capability to assist with mobility and other caregiving tasks.
