Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients, including students and their families, who experience symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to community resources and therapeutic support.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients' unique circumstances while monitoring their progress toward treatment goals.

• Participate in school meetings to advocate for students, communicate treatment plans, and collaborate with educational staff to improve overall student wellbeing.

• Maintain documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Assist in crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and safety planning as needed.

• Stay current with best practices in social work, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to address systemic issues that impact the mental health of students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on servicing a diverse population of students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
