Territory Sales Representative – Health & Wellness Distribution About MY Distribution MY Distribution is a Pennsylvania-based wholesale distributor specializing in health and wellness, sports nutrition, supplements, and specialty retail products. We partner with established brands to expand their presence in brick-and-mortar stores throughout Pennsylvania and the East Coast. We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to help expand our retail footprint throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding counties. Position Overview We are seeking a sales professional who already has an established book of business and existing relationships with local retailers, particularly within the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate understands the local retail landscape, has experience selling supplements or related products, and can leverage existing relationships to introduce MY Distribution's growing portfolio of brands. This position is best suited for an experienced sales representative who can generate business through an existing network rather than someone starting from scratch. Key Responsibilities Leverage an established book of business to introduce our products to local retailers. Secure new shelf placements and expand distribution across Pittsburgh and surrounding counties. Build and maintain relationships with supplement stores, gyms, nutrition shops, pharmacies, health food stores, and independent retailers. Present new products, promotions, and wholesale opportunities to retail buyers and store owners. Generate recurring purchase orders and grow sales volume within assigned accounts. Identify new retail opportunities and expand our presence throughout the territory. Work closely with MY Distribution's purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability. Qualifications Established book of business with existing retail relationships is strongly preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outside sales, territory sales, wholesale distribution, or a related field. Previous experience selling health and wellness products, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, or similar consumer goods. Must be located in Pittsburgh or the surrounding counties. Strong relationships with independent retailers, store owners, or purchasing managers. Proven ability to secure shelf placements, open new accounts, and generate recurring sales. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an assigned territory independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to visit retail accounts throughout the region. Compensation & Commission Structure This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, designed to reward representatives for developing long-term retail relationships and generating consistent, recurring business. How Recurring Commissions Work: New Retail Accounts: Earn a commission when you successfully bring a new retailer into MY Distribution and generate their first purchase order. Recurring Orders: Continue earning commissions each time that retailer places additional qualifying orders. Multiple Retail Accounts: Every retailer you bring into our network creates an additional opportunity for recurring earnings. Growing Account Volume: As retailers increase their purchasing frequency, product selection, and order sizes, your commission opportunities grow alongside them. Long-Term Earning Potential: Build a portfolio of active retail accounts that generates ongoing commissions rather than relying solely on new customer acquisition. Example: If you establish relationships with 20 retail stores and each store places orders monthly, you have the opportunity to earn commissions from all 20 accounts every month. As you expand to 40, 60, or more active retailers, your recurring earning potential increases.
